Eden Village Assisted Living – Glen Carbon, Illinois

As part of their campus overhaul, Eden Village Retirement Community asked Grubbs & Associates to remodel their existing independent living facility into an assisted living facility.  The remodeled building has fifty-eight resident units and is fully licensed by the state of Illinois.  The design contains many social spaces to keep residents active, such as a movie theater and various meeting points throughout the atrium space for activities like card playing and bingo.  Residents of this facility also have access to other amenities located on campus, such as a fitness room, walking trails and courtyard.
